Orders are usually shipped within 24/72 hours (1/3 days) from receipt of payment.
Some items may have longer shipping times (10/15 days), such as wheels that need to be assembled on request.
For shipments outside Switzerland, local VAT and any customs duties for goods are included and prepaid (for retailers only).
If the delivery is not accepted/collected by the customer because it has been refused, all costs incurred by CYP Wheels for returning the goods will still be charged and deducted from the refund (customs duties, VAT, transport costs).
In the final stage of the purchase process, you will be asked to ‘Calculate shipping costs’. Select the destination country/region and enter your postcode to see the different rates and shipping times available.
All items ordered online can be collected at our store CYP Wheels Sarl, Pré de l’Oie 6, 1853 Yvorne, Switzerland. Payment must be made in advance online.

Delivery times may vary from 1 to 3 working days depending on the shipping option chosen. With Swiss Post, we offer the following options:
Priority Mail (Post A): delivery in 1 working day, delivery from Monday to Friday, delivery of goods with signature, Order deadline: 10am.
Priority Mail (Post B): delivery in 2 working day, delivery from Monday to Friday, delivery of goods with signature, Order deadline: 14h30.
We will email you the tracking number to track your shipment as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
The tracking number is updated from 11/11:30 p.m.
